EU SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most WYN republic EU orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

EU orders are fulfilled from our European distribution centre located in the Netherlands. All orders include tracking information, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method until free shipping thresholds are met.

Please note that some products may not currently be available from our EU distribution centre. If you are unable to find the product you are looking for, you can shop our full range via our US site. Additional shipping costs, taxes, duties, or import fees may apply.

TAXES, IMPORT FEES, & DUTIES

For orders fulfilled from our EU distribution centre, applicable taxes and duties will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required.

For any international orders shipped from outside the EU, additional import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply depending on your location. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

WYN republic is unable to advise customers regarding specific customs charges and does not have control over duties imposed by local governments. Please check with your local customs agency prior to confirming your purchase if you require further information.

We cannot accept returns due to objections with customs charges, and orders cannot be returned to sender for this reason.

WYN republic reserves the right to make changes to shipping rates, carriers, or shipping providers at any time without notice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

This site is designed specifically for our EU customers, with orders fulfilled from our Netherlands distribution centre where stock is available.

For US orders, please visit our US site. 

For Australian and New Zealand orders, please visit our AU site.

WYN republic is not responsible for lost packages once the package is in the care of the courier and is not responsible for any international returns or exchanges unless otherwise required by law.

MISSING PACKAGE?

We understand how important it is to receive your package, and we’re here to help. While we can’t directly track a missing package after it has been handed over to the carrier, the steps below will help ensure you aren’t left empty-handed:

Check with your neighbours: Sometimes packages are delivered to a neighbour by mistake. Ask around to see if they may have received it on your behalf.

Contact the delivery carrier: Reach out to the carrier directly as soon as possible. Carriers may be able to contact the delivery person and gather further details about the delivery attempt.

Please note we have access to the same tracking information: We only have access to the same tracking details provided to you, which is why contacting the carrier directly is the best first step.

Wait 3–5 business days: If you’ve completed the above steps and the package still hasn’t arrived within 3–5 business days, please contact us at support@wynrepublic.com.
